Guest Speaker for ECE 400, Spring 2012


Short Biography

Chris Maziar earned her bachelors, masters and doctoral degrees from Purdue University. From 1987 to 1998, she was on the engineering faculty at the University of Texas. She then joined the University of Minnesota where she served as a professor of Electrical Engineering before being promoted to vice president for research, dean of the Gaduate School, and eventually provost. She joined the University of Notre Dame as vice president and associate provost in 2004. IN 2007, she was promoted to the position of vice-president and senior associate provost.
