Melissa Lindsey

Melissa is a graduate student in mathematics pursuing her PhD in the field of algebra. Her paper titled "A class of Hilbert series and the strong Lefschetz property" recently appeared in the Proceedincs of the American Mathematical Society (July, 2010). Melissa was a winner of the 2010 Rhea Essay contest with an essay on the topic "if I were France Cordova". You can read her essay here.
