- I am pursuing the Ph.D. degree of Mathematics.
- B.S. in Computational Mathematics and Applied Softwares, Peking University, Beijing, China, 2007.
Research
- I am a member of the Computational Imaging Lab research group (from ECE).
- My research interests include applied mathematics and imaging.
- I am working on solving overdetermined systems of equations and studying Jeffrey's work now.
Teaching
- Spring 2009: MA 161(Plane Analytic Geometry And Calculus I), recitation instructor.
- Fall 2008 and Spring 2008: MA 261(Multivariate Calculus), recitation instructor.
Activities
- I am one of the founders of the B'Euler Society.
- I am a Graduate Representative of Math Department for 2009 - 2010. (Click here to view the page maintained by and for grad students in Math.)
- I helped the Purdue Student Chapter of SIAM to organize the Computational Sciences and Engineering Student Conference(CSESC) 2010 at Purdue.
- I participated in the poster session for CSESC 2010 and gave a talk on "Solution Methods for Overdetermined Systems of Polynomial Equations with Application to Signal Registration".
