My favorite theorem is Fermat's Last Theorem. It states that for any nonzero integers a, b, and c, and integer n greater than 2, there is no solution to the equation $ a^n+b^n=c^n $. I think it is a really cool theorem because the statement is so simple that anyone can understand the basic idea, yet it took hundreds of years to be finally proven.
