Dice Ho: fair Px|theta(X|theta 0) = 1/8 for all x

Dice H1: loaded Px|theta(X|theta1) = 1/4 if x =1,2

                                  = 1/8 if x =3,4,5,6

my rule = R = {1, 2, 3}

Prob of type I = Pr[x E R|Ho) = 1/2

Prob of type II = Pr[x E R^2| H1) = 3/8
