In this question part b, I am having a hard time calculating formant frequencies. Two of the frequencies correspond to the poles and the third is a peak. So their respective frequencies I got were f= 835 Hz, 2.5 Hz and 5Hz. Donno if they are right. Anyone who knows the right answers??--Vchaudha 23:44, 19 April 2009 (UTC)

a.pitch period is 50/10000 = 2ms.

b.I don't think zero can be counted as formant frequency but pole. I got the f=833Hz, 2.5Hz(Although 833 or 835 are all correct values approximately.)

c. using the pitch period and formant frequency, draw the graph.

d. using the pitch period and formant frequency, draw the graph.
