Stable System : A system is called a "Stable System" if for a bounded input fed into the system we obtain a bounded output.


Unstable System : A system is called "Unstable System" if for a bounded input there is an unbounded otput.


For a system to be categorised under stable/unstable, It has to have a Bounded Input. If not nothing can be told about the system.
