and

$ p_0(e^{jw}) = \sum_{m=-\infty}^{\infty} \sum_{n=-\infty}^{\infty} x(m,n)e^{-jnw} $, 

we have:

$ P_0(e^{jw}) = X(e^{j\mu}, e^{jw})|_\mu=0 $
