  • The main benefactors of this site are students
  • Rhea developed and maintained by a team of student volunteers
  • Students invited to join the team and improve the site instead of complaining
  • Certain software tools will be developed using Bounty system

An opportunity for students to develop new skills

  • Design and problem solving skills
  • Computer programming skills
  • Communication and leadership
  • Etc.

Bottom up development has many advantages

  • Students adapt to new technology faster than professors
  • Students are more aware of new available technology than professors
  • Students have more energy and free time than professors.
