Crowdfunding is a new way to fund start up company. In Joe Land's talk, we learned how his company is using an Indiana based crowdfunding started up called Local Stake to raise funding.
Describe how crowdfunding works and what are the advantages/inconvenients of this kind of funding method. For example, you can discuss what kind of projects are suitable for this kind of funding, and what kind of projects are not suitable.
