We are pleased to announce that the $1000 Rhea software bounty for solving implementing a Rhea Mobile Drawing and Upload Application has been awarded to ECE Graduate Student Albert Parra. Congratulations Albert!

Question: Tell us a bit about yourself.

I am a MS student in Electrical and Computer Engineering. I work for Professor Delp in the Video and Image Processing Laboratory (VIPER) and for Professor Boutin in the Computational Imaging Laboratory (CIL).

Question:" What kind of background do you have that made you the right person to solve this challenge?
