*Mr. Payne, during my internship at AMD and ADI in Shanghai, one thing I've noticed is that the engineers of these oversea branches are mainly tasked as a bridge between their US base and the Chinese manufacturers and local customers. My questions are, do you believe that globalization can benefit a company besides reducing the manufacturing and logistics cost? Are there any examples of innovation being nurtured by the culture diversity of a globalized firm? - Yi Yue
