*This is an experimental course offered by ECE every alternate fall semester dealing with the emerging field of Visual Analytics. It is a graduate course and is designed for a lot of classroom discussions with about half of the course grade dependent on the course project. There are also paper reviews that have to submitted every week and also, two presentations on research papers written by others. Its an interdisciplinary course which draws students from various fields with various uses for visual approaches to the research work they are currently involved in. Overall its a very interesting course.
