For the first part you can just look at it as the probability of a red for each die based of the probability of each die.
Below is what I mean.
$ P(R_1) = P(R_1|D_1)P(D_1) + P(R_1|D_2)P(D_2) + P(R_1|D_3)P(D_3) $
