From the announcement:
My name is Preston Swan, and I am the coordinator for the Mathematical and Theoretical Biology Institute (MTBI), a summer REU held at Arizona State University. For the past 17 years, MTBI has provided students from departments like yours the opportunity to prepare for the rigors of graduate school.
Our applications are online for MTBI 2014 ([1]). If you have any mathematics or biology undergraduate students that you think are up to the next step of their education, please encourage them to apply. Feel free to email me with any questions you may have. Deadline for all applications and materials are March 1, 2014. Thanks again!
