Software Bounty: PDF upload for Peer Review system/Double_Blind

Software Bounty

Status: OPEN

The goal of this bounty is to add functionality to the Peer Review System. There is a need for PDF upload and the inclusion of Double Blindness. Details are limited, but if you are interested, please contact us.

If none of the software competing is satisfactory, we will reopen the call for bounty until the money is claimed.
