* CE 530 is a next level course to CE 230 which is Engineering Materials. This course deals in particular with the ingredients of concrete and its properties. Concrete, one of the widely used construction material has to be stressed upon, which this course makes it possible. It is very important to learn the behavior of concrete when subjected to different changes and conditions with respect to its performance. For those who are interested to know in detail about materials, this course can be a great start at graduate level. I particularly derived good amount of knowledge related to concrete and its properties. The course is pretty cool one, which takes you to a higher level in terms of technical details related to properties & performance of concrete.--atammana
