On the top I put number of ways to pick 7 numbers which will result in winning out of the 11 which could result in winning.

On bottom I put all possible numbers (80,11)

I think it is C(11,7)/C(80,7) since C(11,7) calculates the ways to choose 7 of the 11 winning numbers while C(80,7) calculates all the possible sets of 7 winning numbers.

I think it is C(11,7)/C(80,7) since C(11,7) calculates the ways to choose 7 of the 11 winning numbers while C(80,7) calculates all the possible sets of 7 winning numbers.
