My favorite theorem happens to be Morley's Theorem.  I know it seems ironic, and I am probably partial to it because my last name is Morley.  However, it is a pretty cool theorem that states when you trisect the angles of a triangle and then find the three points where the trisectors meet, you come up with points that define an equilateral triangle.
