The order of x is a factor of 25. Since the order of Z_37 - {0} is 36, the order of x is 1, i.e. 1 is the only solution of x^(25) - 1 = 0 in Z_37 - {0}.

x^(25) - 1 = 0

x^(25) = 1

The order of x is a factor of 25. Since the order of Z_37 - {0} is 36, the order of x is 1, i.e. 1 is the only solution of x^(25) - 1 = 0 in Z_37 - {0}.
