The Economist magazine's website recently conducted a similar poll assigning a minimum of 3 electoral votes to each country with additional votes added depending on, I believe, population - this according to Mr. Geise.  The polling ended yesterday, but Mr. Geise writes that it is particularly interesting to see which countries favored McCain. Here is the website if you care to take a loot:
