My favorite theorem is the Quadratic Formula Theorem. The theorem says that in a second order equation of $ ax^2+bx+c=0 $, $ x=\frac{-b\pm\sqrt{ b^2 - 4ac}}{2a} $.

This is one of the first theorems that I learned, and I still use it often these days.
