If I were France Cordova, I would have the exact same genetic and environmental variables that make France Cordova now - because genetics and experience are what identifies people. So nothing would change except I wouldn't be who I am today.

A much more interesting question is what if I (as who I am today) were to be placed in France Cordova's current position. But the question didn't ask that, so I won't expand upon it.
